Practice Tour
Whenever she mentioned she was a dentist, Dr. Martinez recalls how much everyone hated dental visits and how awful their experiences were.
Dr. Martinez believed that by creating a different type of experience - one that is most welcoming, pleasant, non-invasive where the patients have the opportunity to learn about dentistry before getting into the dental chair, she could erase these negative connotations.

Building a high-end luxurious practice has never been the objective. Instead, the goal has been to create a practice that will provide the best overall experience for the patient, without raising the fees.
Dr. Martinez realized early that as a dentist it was difficult to put herself in patient shoes. She has hired Gratifiedent a dental consulting company to help with this initiative. Gratifiedent has conducted extensive studies on patient experiences and devised a plan of 146 elements where patient positive experience can be optimized.
Next step was to engage Joe Architect, an industry-leading architectural firm that specializes in dental practice architecture, to design her practice.
The desire to create a patient-focused practice is present in all aspects of Riverpark Dental. From the design, to the equipment, to hiring and training and compensating team members, to treatment presentation and the beverages that are being served.
