No-Cost Initial Consultation
When you walk in you will be greeted by a Patient Care Specialist who will be your one point of contact throughout the whole visit and help you relax and enjoy your stay. 
The Patient Care Specialist will be happy to give you a tour of your practice.
You will meet Dr. Nohora Martinez or Dr. Angela Ma who will discuss your goals and concerns about your oral health. Come equipped with questions. The purpose of this consultation is for you to get a feel of this dental practice, the people who work here and decide whether you like to stay with us. The dentist and your Patient Care Specialist will sit together with you and explain all the treatment options, the benefits, the costs and the risks. All of our Patient Care Specialist are Certified Dental Assistants, and some are also hygienists or foreign trained dentists. They are always available to answer your questions.
Complete Exam and Diagnosis
The dentist will conduct a Complete Exam and Diagnosis. Our digital x-ray and intra-oral camera will produce instant images. The diagnosis is painless and allows identification of all active factors that are capable of causing or contributing to the deterioration of oral health. She will: Check your Teeth for Cavities, Existing Restorations, Existing Prosthetic replacements, Decay, Dental Abcesses, Gums, Mobility of the Teeth, Oral Hygiene, Recession and Sensitivity, Occlusion (bite), Excessive Teeth Wear, how teeth relate to each other, whether or not your missing teeth need replacement, Esthetics- the Cosmetic appearance of the Teeth, perform an Oral Cancer Screening Examination and collect any other pertinent information.
Treatment Planning
Our Treatment Education Centre is designated specifically for that purpose. Once we understand your unique situation we will work with you to determine an action plan that fits your goals and constraints. Through videos, computer animations and other hands-on tools you will understand exactly what is being done and feel confident to co-design your dental treatment. We are never tired of your questions.
Enjoyable Dental Treatment
Our promise is that we will not do anything without your consent. You are always in control of what is being done to you. Many patients use the dental appointment as an opportunity to catch up on their sleep. We have a number of ways to make your trip to the dentist a pleasurable and relaxing experience. Come in for a tour and you’ll see.
Entertainment
As part of the enjoyable experience we offer entertainment. We have a list of movies, songs and radio stations. You can also bring your movies and songs if you prefer. In addition, we have audio summaries of the latest business books if you would like to catch up on your reading. Transfering your Records - no need
When you come in Dr. Martinez will do a complete exam and take x-rays with our top of the line digital technology. We will verify that your treatment is covered by your dental benefits. As such there is no need for you to ask your former dentist for records.
